Visual Effects (VFX) is the procedure 
through which imagery is produced or 
manipulated outdoors the context of the 
live action shot in film making.

Visual effects involve within the integration of 
live-action footage (effects) and generated 
imagery (digital effects) to produce environments 
which look realistic, but could be harmful, costly,

capture on film. Visual effects using computer-
generated imagery (CGI) have lately become 
available to the independent filmmaker with the

animation and compositing software.

Visual effects mainly performed in Publish-

technologies for example graphics, modeling,

created on set. 


Groups

Visual effects mainly divides into two categories :

Effects: It covers any visual effects that occur in live 
action, e.g. on set explosions or stunt performances.

Digital Effects :Generally shortened to digital Forex or 
Forex. It covers the different processes through which 
imagery is produced or manipulated with or from photo 
taking assets. Digital Effects frequently involve the 
combination of still photography and computer-
generated imagery (CGI) to produce environments 
which look realistic but could be harmful, pricey, or 
impossible to capture in camera. 


Forex is generally connected using the 
photography as opposed to visual effects that is 
connected with motion film production. Digital 
Forex also divides into different subgroups of 
professions for example: Matte works of art and 
stills: digital or traditional works of art or 
photographs which function as background plates 
for 3D figures, particle effects, digital sets, 
backgrounds.


Motion Capture
