The Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport and Exercise Science program offered by Symbiosis 
School of Sports Sciences (SSSS) is a four-year undergraduate degree program. It is designed to 
provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the scientific principles that underpin 
sports and exercise.
The program is multidisciplinary and covers a range of topics including sports physiology, sports 
psychology, sports nutrition, sports biomechanics, and sports medicine. The curriculum also 
includes courses in general sciences such as anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry, as well as 
courses in statistics, research methods, and data analysis.
The BSc program at SSSS is designed to provide students with both theoretical and practical 
knowledge. Students participate in hands-on activities and laboratory work to gain practical

Passed Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognized 
Board with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% Marks or 
equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes)
Participation in sports at the International/National/State/District level (in 
games recognized by School Games Federation of India (SGFI) is desirable.
