Overview
1ClickSMT offers arrangement of ergonomically 
designed, compact hot bar soldering machines with 
either a constant or pulsed heat reflow soldering power 
supply, a motorized or pneumatic head, and a range of 
options including linear or rotary motion and more.
How does the process work?
• Load PCB in the customized fixture.
• Apply non-clean flux on pads.
• Load and position flux on the PCB.
• The soldering process gets started.
• Thermode moves down on the soldering area.
• Uniflow ramps up to the reflow temperature.
• Thermode cools down to the cool temperature.
• Thermode moves up from the soldering area.
• The hot bar soldering process is over.
