Zundal and Nava Naroda are both fairly popular choices when the search is for a reasonably priced flat in Ahmedabad. But spend some time in both areas and the difference becomes pretty clear. Zundal is on the northern side, closer to Gandhinagar and the GIFT City side of the region. A lot of its residential development is newer, with high-rise apartments, gated communities and projects that have been planned around a more modern lifestyle.
