• It is a digital MOOC (massive open online courses) platform introduced by govt. of 
India.
•  It is designed to provide quality education to everyone through the internet. It focuses 
on access, equity and quality.

same time. 
• It will be providing 2000 courses to schools, and students of law, engineering, 
management, and more.

• It is a collection of 32 Direct-To-Home (DTH) channels.
•  These channels provide quality education to students 24/7 through the 
GSAT-15 satellite.

repeated five times during the same day to enable students to learn at their 
own speed. 
• The content for these channels is offered by IITs, CEC, UGC and NCERT.
NATIONAL DIGITAL LIBRARY (NDL)
• It is a government platform that collects data from reputed educational 
institutes in India and abroad. 
• It is a digital library of textbooks, articles, films, simulations, lectures, and 
more. 
• It provides content in all languages and has a user-friendly interface, which 
supports all popular languages of India.
•  It offers educational material to all including researchers, differently-abled 
learners, etc.
NATIONAL DIGITAL LIBRARY (NDL)
• It is a government platform that collects data from reputed educational 
institutes in India and abroad. 
• It is a digital library of textbooks, articles, films, simulations, lectures, and 
more. 
• It provides content in all languages and has a user-friendly interface, which

E-VIDWAN

It is a database of profiles of scientists, researchers and other prominent 
faculties working at reputed educational institutions and other R&D 
organizations.
•  It offers information of experts to peers, research scholars, etc.
•  They can contact experts and directly communicate with them to get the 
required information. 
• Further, this database of experts can also be used to select expert panels 
for committees for assessment or monitoring purposes.
SARANSH
• It is a tool offered by CBSE for the CBSE affiliated schools and 
parents for self-review and analysis of students’ performance. 
• It enables schools to analyze students’ performance and take 
remedial measures accordingly.
•  It connects schools, teachers and parents and enables them to 
track the performance of students and help them improve their 
academic and extracurricular performance.
