ARCHITECTURE DESCRIPTION
PRI lines from telecom operator directly terminates to ConVox Application Server (Hosted/On-Premises).
GSM & SMS Gateway is connected with ConVox BCT Application Server.
Administrator record the voice message (Play File/IVRS) or create the text template for (SMS, E-mail and WhatsApp).
Administrator upload the mobile numbers to the list for broadcast predefined Text/IVRS/Playfile.
