Associates in Health  Wellness Corp was conceptualized in 2000 by Ms. 
Delaleu with the primary goal of providing quality and accessible health 
care. Ms. Delaleu is a family nurse practitioner who offers primary care 
services with clinical experience in critical care medicine, cardiology, and 
electrophysiology.  She is affiliated with Northwell Long Island Jewish 
Hospital, Northwell University Hospital at Manhasset, and South Nassau 
Communities Hospital in Oceanside, New York.

health care services ao all whether it is for a baby or 
elder. Our staff members are experts in diagnosing 
and diseases and treating them professionally with 
their experience. Moreover, we will provide you with 
resources like Dietary Assessment Tools to manage 
the day to day necessities.

We have started Telehealth services to achieve our goals of offering the best 
services. This include COVID-19 testing through a Telehealth visit. If it needs a 
physical exam like blood work, ECG, etc then we can't offer telehealth

make sure in what conditions you can apply.
