 Mandala Studio Yoga & Spa was established in 2014 in the heart 
of Kathmandu, Thamel. Before this, we were running our 
programme in Paknajol since 2005.
 We have designed our training, treatments, and classes in such a 
way that everyone will cherish their health. Kriti is the owner and 
yoga master of this studio and she personally makes sure that the 
offer is wide and suitable for everyone.
 Whether you come for a drop-in class, for spa services, healing 
therapy, or dedicate yourself to a full Yoga Teacher Training
