Adderall is a powerful stimulant used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. It’s also one of the most popular drugs for academic performance enhancement, often used by college students to help them stay up late and study. The drug is a combination of amphetamine salts that increase dopamine and norepinephrine activity in the brain. Similar medications like Ritalin (methylphenidate) and Concerta also work by increasing dopamine, but they don’t have as much effect on norepinephrine as Adderall does. Adderall is available in two forms: instant release (IR) and extended release (XR). IR Adderall comes in capsules or tablets, while XR Adderall comes in capsules that dissolve slowly over time. The IR form has a shorter duration of action than XR, so it hits you faster but wears off faster too — about four hours versus eight hours for XR. Studies show that people generally prefer IR over XR because it doesn’t make them feel like they have to rush through their day after taking it. Visit- Usamedshop.com
