Yes, that should be the manner of your diet. How you eat your food is equally important, along
with what you are eating. Everyone, irrespective of gender, should follow a healthy diet plan.
Still, when it comes to a woman, extra care needs to be taken regarding their food habits
because they have a complex body structure compared to men. And one more thing is that in a
country like India, where women’s health often gets neglected for so many reasons, it is very
much necessary for every woman to focus on their diet and maintain a good food habit. Here is

Eggs
An egg is the powerhouse of nutrition as it contains easily digestible protein, healthy fat and
choline, an essential nutrient that reduces the risk of breast cancer. Therefore, an egg is
considered a wholesome food. So, it would help if you kept an egg in breakfast every morning.
Broccoli
Broccoli is the second on this list. Cruciferous veggies like broccoli, cauliflower have some
nutrients to fight against cancer. It also fulfils the daily vitamin C needs, and you can find it
almost everywhere. So prepare broccoli salad with other veggies and a few dry fruits or veg
curry and relish its goodness.
Beets

decrease blood pressure. High blood pressure can lead to many diseases like blood clots, heart
problems, and even stroke, and beetroots can save you from these problems. In addition, as it
is loaded with Potassium, it counteracts the effects of your salty diet.
Fish
Fish is a high-quality protein with low-fat content and is filled with omega-three fatty acids and
vitamins such as D and B2. In addition, it is loaded with calcium and phosphorus; it’s great for
women’s health because, after 30, most women lack calcium. And fish is an excellent source of
minerals as well.
Plain Yogurt
Unsweetened plain yoghurt is rich in calcium and magnesium, which helps to build up bone
strength. These nutrients are essential for those who are in childbearing or post-menopausal
years. So, make yoghurt a part of your breakfast or use it as a dip at your lunch.
