a commitment  to  providing high quality evidence based

presented  at   tens  of national and international

Additionally, we are among the  few private practices in 
 the  region to  offer multiple fellowship trained sub-   
specialists in Head and Neck Oncology, Otology,

Services We Offer
Plastic Surgery
Our Facial Plastic and Reconstruction Department  is run by 
 Dr. Matthew Hirsch. Dr. Hirsch has extensive 
specialization  in facial plastic surgery that  includes 
rhinoplasty (cosmetic  nose surgery), deviated septum 
surgery, skin cancer (Mohs)  reconstruction, nasal 
reconstruction, facelift and necklift,  eyelid lift 
(blepharoplasty), brow lift, surgery for facial  paralysis 
(Bell’s Palsy), facial and jaw fracture  reconstruction, ear 
pinning (otoplasty), and surgery and  laser t reatment  of 
vascular birthmarks (hemangiomas and  vascular 
malformations). In addition, Dr. Hirsch has  comprehensive 
training in the  evaluation and evidence-  based t reatment  
of general otolaryngology conditions in  adults and 
children.
Snoring and Sleep 
AAt Cponasteala ENT, we provide comprehensive sleep  
services starting from diagnosis, to  both medical and 
 surgical treatment.  We are performing the  latest  
procedures  on those who fail CPAP medical therapy,  
championed by Dr. Kenneth Newkirk.

The Coastal Voice and Swallowing Center is led by Dr.  
Pratik B. Patel, focusing on the diagnosis and t reatment  of 
 laryngologic (voice box and throat) conditions. We offer a 
 wide variety of in-office and operative procedures, and  
partner  with speech pathologists in the  greater  New Jersey 
 Shore area to get you the  care you need.
