MEET TRISH BLACKWELL
Hi, I'm Trish Blackwell and I'm happy 
you're here.I struggled with an eating 
disorder, low self-esteem, body 
confidence issues, self-sabotage and 
limiting beliefs for over a decade. 
Additionally, I walked through a 
season of brokenness that includes 
sexual assault, an abusive 
relationship, near death experience 
and debt.
God brought me into a place of 
healing and freedom, and with my 
now ten years of coaching, research 
and expertise, my mission is to help 
other women step into confidence and 
abundance in the same way I have. I 
host The Confidence Podcast and 
coach women worldwide to get get 
real, life-changing results.

Ironman champions, CEOs, high-
achieving entrepreneurs, and cultural 
influencers, I have been featured by
