In terms of bizarre real estate laws, Texas is certainly high on the list of
offenders. And that makes sense. Of the more than 500,000 households
within the state, close to fifty percent own the home in which they reside.
And generally, the law is almost always on the side of the buyer. For
example, anything and everything in the home or on the property at the
