Middle level and senior level workforce are not able to fulfill the desired level
of output because they do not consist much of required skill-sets and leadership
qualities. Employees are unable to complete the task in a less time because they
lack behind to use available tools and techniques in a effective manner. And
usage of tools & techniques reduces the workload of dealing with repetitive
activity. If the employees will not be able to use those tools and techniques then
managing workflow will not be easy. It will take more time to complete a task
and cost incurred will also be more.
Improvement or upgrade of the skill-sets appears a trouble for them. Hence
without being trained or improving the skills according to market demand it is
quite difficult to look forward for best outcome from the employees in business
processes.

will expertise them to deal with the workflow with more accuracy. And
facilitating numerous seminars and webinars for the workforce to help them
developing new skills. Also automation and cloud computing will make them to
bring more productivity at workplace. Therefore, the business operations can
easily be transformed by putting less efforts.
Keeping the track record of employee’s performance time to time, assessing the
strengths, adding the creative skills in their job profile, making them technically
and practically strong in their work can bring a change in dealing with the
