Rheumatoid 
Arthritis
Inclusion Criteria
* Must have Diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis
* Must have tried Methotrexate for at least 3 months
* Must be greater than 18 years of age
Exclusion Criteria
* No other inflammatory conditons like Lupus or OA
* No major problems like Depression, Cancer or Kidney Disease
* Must be willing to comply with study visits

GOUT 
TREATMENT
Inclusion Criteria
* Must have diagnosis of Gouty arthritis or
* Must have experienced 3 flares or have 1 Tophii
* Must have a Uric Acid level > 6mg/dl
Exclusion Criteria
* No uncontrolled hypertension
* No major problems like Depression, Cancer or drug abuse
* Must not have eGFR  6 months
* Must have a pain level of 4 out of 10
Exclusion Criteria
* No RA, Lupus or other major conditions like Kidney disease
* Must be willing to get off existing pain meds
* No planned surgery in the next 6 months
