                     The seven cycles of the human body
The body is like a colored box. It is also called 'Rangarup Alo'.
There are seven chakras in the lower part of our body, in the lower abdomen, in the navel, in the heart, 
in the voice, between the two eyes and above the head. The chakras are Muladhara Chakra, 
Swadhisthana Chakra, Navichakra, Hridachakra, Bishuddha Chakra, Ajna Chakra and Sahasrara Chakra.

The coccyx is  located at  the end or lower end of  the spine. This is  called Kundalini.  It  controls  our
consciousness. This cycle extends from the conscious to the subconscious. Birth, death, decay, disease -

The Swadhisthana Chakra consists of the lower abdomen or pancreas of the body. It controls our greed,
lust, desire. Manipur or Navichakra (Solar plexus / Adrenal glands)
The Manipur Chakra consists of the navel or the veins of the body or the veins below the stomach. It
controls our high consciousness, vitality, emotions, desires.
. Heart / Thymus gland
The  heart  is  located  in  the  middle  of  our  chest.  It  controls  our  emotions,  anger,  affection,  love,
estrangement. It has a very deep soul.
 Throat / Thyroid gland
The pure chakra is located in our voices. It controls our emotional mind and the external mind. This cycle
expresses mental energy and all the thoughts of the mind.
Third Eye / Pineal gland
The  Ajna  chakra  is  located  between  our  two  eyebrows.  It  controls  our  moving  mind,  desires,
clairvoyance, mental structure and all the thoughts of the mind.
Crown / Pituitary gland
The  millennium  cycle  is  located  just  above  our  heads.  It  controls  our  higher  consciousness  or
superconsciousness, insight, Bodhisattva consciousness, divine consciousness.
