leave no stone unturned to give their kids the best of 
everything. When it comes to education, they get their kids 
admitted to the best school they can afford in town. But then 
parents often forget that they also have some role to play in 
their child’s education. Just admitting your kid to the 
top school in the India will not put an end to your work. You 
have to keep a regular check on your kid, help him in his 
homework, and, most important, attend the parent-teacher 
meetings. With the changing times as both, the parents have 
jobs, they do not get time to spend with their kids, and so they

essential for them to attend those meetings.

progress of their child at home and in school. 
Teachers get to know about the habits of kids at

miss this opportunity and take out some time from 
their busy schedule to attend to them.
When a parent-teacher meeting is held, it is held for 
every student, so it becomes quite difficult for a 
teacher to give attention to every parent’s queries. 
So it would be beneficial for parents to keep in mind 
what they want to discuss with the teacher 
regarding their child.
