In 2018, during Diwali, a fire broke out in our building. Everyone got out safely except my cousin, who was not so lucky. He got burns on his face and the scars were quite prominent, until a friend, who was working in a pharmaceutical company, suggested we meet Dr. Milind Wagh, who works at Hinduja Hospital, Khar and happens to be one of the best plastic surgeons in Mumbai.
