Introduction
There is always a strong demand for raw cow hide skin, especially in footwear industry. A German
trader who runs a leather product manufacturing company required high quality raw leather for their
leather  product  manufacturing process.  So,  they decided to import  cow hide skin from a reliable
supplier with the payment term SBLC MT760. 
Client’s Requirement 
As the trader required raw leather cow hide skin, they started searching for the reliable suppliers &
found the one from Italy. The Italian supplier was ready to ship cow hides, as per the buyer’s demand.
Since the German trader didn’t have enough cash in their hand, they discussed with their supplier to
make the payment term as Standby Letter of Credit. The Supplier too agreed to this. So, the buyer
started looking for SBLC providers to avail Standby LC in favor of their supplier.  
Challenges
Since the German trader’s capitals were spread in other core business, & also they don’t have the
existing bank facilities, they were aware that they can’t able to approach their bank with the SBLC
request. While searching for SBLC providers, they came across our website in Google & visited our
website. After reading our website, they felt satisfied by the way we serve our clients. And instantly,
they submitted their request to us. 
Our Scope of Work
After receiving the SBLC request from their end, our team did a careful analysis to find whether they
are eligible to proceed further or not. Since met all our terms, we approved their request & signed the
service agreement with them. The Client paid the admin charges to us. We structured their deal &
provided the SBLC draft for their approval. They approved the draft and paid the issuance fee charges.
After which, we instructed our bank to issue the required SBLC on behalf of the buyer & in favor of the
Italian supplier. As per our request, our bank issued the same to the supplier’s bank via authenticated
Swift MT760. The supplier received the SBLC & shipped the raw leather cow hides to the buyer’s
destination port.
