 A Developer in Madrid announced a tender for their high 
rise building project. The contractor submitted their bid & 
won the contract. 
 Before signing the contract, the developer demanded for 
the Performance Guarantee on behalf of the contractor and 
in favor of their company. 
Challenge: How to Avail Performance 
Guarantee
The Contractor contacted their bank with a request to avail 
the required guarantee on their behalf. Since they 
exhausted their bank facilities, they were unable to avail 
from their bank. 
Also, since they don’t have enough hard cash in their hands, 
it was not possible for them to avail the bond from private 
lenders. While searching for performance bond providers on 
Google, they came across to one of our infographic post & 
then, they contacted us via email.

Upon the receipt of their request, we studied their 
contractual terms and approved their request. Then, the 
client visited our office to sign the agreement and paid the 
admin charges.
Then we structured their performance bond by blocking our 
bank limit & sent the draft  for the client’s review. The client 
approved the draft and paid the issuance fee charges. 
Accordingly, we instructed our bank to issue the 
Performance Bond on behalf of the contractor to the 
developer’s bank via authenticated Swift MT760.

Agreement with the Contractor
 After receiving the Performance Guarantee, the 
Developer signed the agreement with the
