After an 18 year career as a front line police officer, I changed my career path and retrained in education. I worked as a college lecturer teaching 16 – 19 year old students, before moving on to be an employability tutor and mentor. I then went on to work as head of the training department of a large children’s charity where I developed, designed and delivered staff training and also the training for foster carers.

theory behind the subject. The second
