Urgent and Emergency Care
As a registered member, you will also get access to urgent and emergency 
hospital care in Mexico. In case you face any medical emergencies, you can 
seek the best quality care throughout the country within the group’s network of 
hospital doctors, and urgent care centers.
Prescription Drug Benefits
The group also offers prescription drug benefits to its members. As a registered 
member, you can pick up your medicines from the facility and the group will 
receive the payment from your insurance company.
The group also offers home delivery service to eligible members living in Puerto 
Vallarta, Los Cabos, Merida, San Miguel de Allende and Mexico City, San Carlos 
Sonora, and Ensenada. There are no deductibles, no co-insurance involved. The 
group only charges 100 pesos as co-pay. This amount doesn’t change even if 
you order different types of medication every month.

Medicare
You cannot use standard Medicare A and B outside of the USA. However, 
the group accepts Medicare Advantage and Supplement Plans. If you have 
a Medicare Advantage Plan, then the group will offer you coverage and 
quality care during your stay in Mexico.
