•  Original Bank Statement with stamp (minimum balance Rs. 4.5 lakh)
•  If account is less than six months old, a letter from the Bank Manager
•  If the Bank Account is of the student (minimum Balance of Rs. 3.5 
lakh)
•  4 Passport sized VISA photographs (white background)
•  Medical Certificate – reputed Private clinic. 
•  If student is below 18 years Minor Affidavit of mother and father 
both required. (On 10 Rs. Stamp paper)
•  Copy of ID of parents giving Affidavit and original should be same
