CONFLICT RESOLUTION TRAINING NHS AIMS
Our half day Conflict Resolution Training UK courses are designed specifically for
Healthcare professionals and give staff the confidence to deal effectively with the
aggressive or challenging behaviour of patients. It aims to reflect the values and
beliefs of the healthcare profession incorporating an ethos of understanding and
empathy in that once we can understand the aggressive behaviour of others it helps
us to make changes in our own behaviour to help deal effectively and professionally
with those who rely on our services.

DURATION
This course is delivered either over 3 hours or a whole day and can include breakaway skills if
