Early pregnancy sign or symptom
EARLY PREGNANCY SIGN OR SYMPTOM
1. TENDER, SORE BREASTS:
Tenderness in breasts
may also be experienced
prior to your periods.
However, you may feel a
difference in both of
them.
As early as two weeks
after
conception, hormonal
changes may make your
breasts tender, tingly or
sore.
2. ABDOMINAL CRAMPS:
Some women also
experience abdominal
cramping early in
pregnancy.
These cramps are
similar to menstrual
cramps.
3. NAUSEA:
It is a universally known
fact that pregnant women
have nausea but it is not
imperative that you will
experience it from day one
of your pregnancy.
Pregnant women also have
a heightened sense of
smell, so various odors -
such as foods cooking,
perfume or cigarette smoke
- may cause waves of
nausea in early pregnancy.
4. FATIGUE:
Morning sickness and
tiredness persist in some
pregnant woman till the
last day of their gestation
period and can start to
appear from the early
pregnancy weeks.
At the same time, lower
blood sugar levels, lower
blood pressure and
increased blood
production may team up
to sap your energy during
your pregnancy.
5. FOOD AVERSIONS:
It is not an exaggeration to
say that women experience
aversion for certain foods
right from the day one of
their pregnancy. Garlic,
boiling porridge, seafood
are the few irritants you
commonly come across.
these food preferences can
be chalked up to hormonal
changes - especially in the
first trimester, when
hormonal changes are the
most dramatic.
6. MOOD SWINGS:
The flood of hormones in
your body in early
pregnancy can make
you unusually emotional
and weepy.
this may disappear after
the first trimester. Very
few women have long
lasting effects related to
moods.
