The lack of airflow makes it possible for indoor air pollution
to build up and cause health problems such as asthma or Sick
Building Syndrome (SBS), especially at work. The causes of
indoor air pollution at work are various: furniture, printers,
cigarette smoke, cleaners and the ventilation system itself.
The best option for you is a plant. It'll beautify your desk and
provide you with clean air. Here are some plants mentioned
below.
Spathiphyllum
Also known as Peace Lily, as it can be put in dark areas, it is quick to take care of.
What makes Spathiphyllum so unique is that it is one of the few indoor plants that in
the summer have beautiful leaves and flowers. Formaldehyde, benzene, xylene,
toluene, ammonia and trichloroethylene have been eliminated from the environment.
With low office lighting, even this plant can grow. You can also over-water it often
and this will not harm the plant.
Ficus Behjamina
Simply known as the Ficus Tree or Weeping Fig, it's a tiny tree in the room that
needs a bright spot. This is the perfect plant to put it in the corner of your office,
as it removes all the plastic, carpets, furniture wax and paint contaminants. For
your office, this removes Xylene, Toluene, and Formaldehyde. The Ficus Tree
wants a lot of light and likes to have a humid atmosphere. Spray the plant with
some water and don't overwater it to maintain a reasonably high degree of
humidity. This plant doesn't like adjustments, so put it in a bright spot and leave
it there.
Aglaonema Modestum
The Chinese evergreen, we all know, is an adaptable plant that tolerates
low light and dry air, which is very common in offices. With its pleasant
and large bi-colour leaves, this is a pleasant plant to adorn your office.
benzene and formaldehyde are removed from the climate. Looking after
Chinese evergreen doesn't need a lot of focus. The trick is moderate
irrigation: not too much, not too little. Pruning is not necessary.
Sansevieria Trifasciata
Commonly known as the Snake Plant, in any circumstance, it grows and
prospers. Sansevieria is the perfect plant for beginners, as it is easy to
maintain and does not need much care. This removes from your office
benzene, xylene, formaldehyde, trichloroethylene, and toulene. We have
our Snake Plant inside Natede, and every 2-3 weeks we put a glass of
water into the self-watering device. Enable the soil between watering to
dry out.
