• Open the application 
“HPPSdr.exe” and allow it to 
run. You have to be in 
administrator mode to do this.
• Next, to move forward choose 
the "Yes" option to trust the file 
source.
• Click Start and choose your 
printer model like if your HP 
Envy 5532 Printer is Offline, 
Choose HP Envy 5532.

printer is not listed, restart 
your printer, then click Retry in 
the Print and Scan Doctor 
application.
• The application itself will 
identify potential connection 
issues. Click Yes if asked to
