Cost to set-up DEWA
 
 Security instalment is 4000AED for a villa or 2000AED 
for living apartment.
 This amount once paid will be refunded once you 
vacate the property
 Outsiders also are subject to annual housing fee for 
services given by Dubai Municipality. This can be 
calculated at 5 percent of your yearly rent.
 An admin fee of 10AED is additionally charged for
