After working with Briggs & Stratton for many years, Robert Spletter left 
the firm in 2019 and relocated to Orlando, Florida. He started his own 
management consulting firm in January 2020 and has been approached

While he loves the sunshine and beaches of Orlando, Robert Spletter also 
loves winter sports and owns a home in Big Sky, Montana, that he visits 
often as he is an expert alpine skier and snowboarder.

Stratton Corporation for around 30 years from April 
1988 to August 2019. During this time, Robert 
Spletter earned an MBA in Switzerland at a university 
with diverse international faculty and classes. As well 
as this degree from a leading Swiss university, Robert 
Spletter also holds an Executive MBA from the 
prestigious William E. Simon Graduate School of 
Business at the University of Rochester in New York.
