1. Cajun Sausage Puffs with Bourbon Mustard
Let’s start with the easy ones, yeah? You already know how to make
pigs in a blanket, so now try out the adult version!
For your bourbon mustard, you want to heat the bourbon in a saucepan
on medium heat until it warms up. Let the alcohol burn off (or let a
small amount stay) and then mix it in with your mustard sauce.
Simple and yet yummy!

2. Bourbon Melted Onions in a Grilled Cheese
Sandwich
Who wouldn’t love a cheese grilled sandwich with a little bit of a twist?
In a pan cook shredded onions until they’re caramelized with salt,

barrels to the pan and let it cook.
Place the mixture between a sweet layer of bread and cheddar cheese,
grill it up in the same pan and you can light up your tastebuds once it
cools down!
3. Country Side Ribs with Apple Bourbon
Barbeque Sauce
Mix salt, garlic powder, brown sugar, onion powder, cumin, paprika,
black pepper, and cinnamon along with ginger in a small bowl. Rub the
spices onto the ribs and let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
Grill ‘em up traditionally or on a gas griller until they look charred. Glaze
it with some barbeque sauce infused with bourbon while on the grill.
Once they’re all cooked serve with a side of the barbeque and bourbon

Whisk up some bourbon and cinnamon with molasses in a

After marinating the chicken liver in milk and spices
overnight, you want to toast it with oil or butter, salt, and
pepper. On and off the heat, add bourbon to let Add

In a large skillet, you want to cook your bacon until it’s brown.
Put it all into a plate and add garlic and chopped shallots into

stuck to the base. Now you want to add the clams and
bourbon and let it simmer in the heat. After that add the clam
broth, cover with a lid, and let it all cook for about 7 minutes.
Voila! Serve the dish with cream, jalapenos, parsley, and
bacon.
