Amazon provides its valuable customers with an option to return  the  items  they have purchased on its
platform, within 30 days from the date of purchase. 
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from the Amazon store, you can return it and
for this you have to file a return. When your file a return, you will receive a free mailing label  (Amazon
return label) from the Amazon site that needs to be printed. 
In case you cannot print the Amazon return label, you might have crossed the deadline for returns. Check
your product purchase bill to identify the invoice date. 
You can also review the invoice from the View Invoice option in your Amazon account. 
In  most  cases,  printing Amazon  return  label may fail due  to  printer issues.  So,  identify  the  printing
problems and troubleshoot them with the necessary steps. 
Always use shipping labels for printing Amazon return labels. Load single label into the printer’s paper
input tray for printing. Avoid using the Amazon app for printing return labels.
Instead, you can use a web browser like Safari or Google Chrome to log into Amazon. Some users have
experienced this issue with the Amazon app and resolved it using Chrome. 
Amazon also provides you with a postage-paid mailing label to return the package and so you can  hand
over the package to your postman to take it to your local Post and Parcel store (USPS). 
You can also forward your mailing label and print it in the Amazon store without any additional fees.
