Roseaire Capital was founded by Sheldon Cuffy, who also serves as its CEO. Sheldon has been a real estate investor and developer for more than 15 years. Sheldon has been a buyer, seller, or partner in more than 100 residential and commercial real estate transactions. Along with being a real estate investor, Sheldon has owned and run a variety of real estate service businesses. In 2008, at the height of the Great Recession, Sheldon started a short sale negotiation company to assist struggling homeowners in the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan area to sell their homes and avoid foreclosure. In addition, Sheldon has managed a real estate agency, an investment company, and a property management company.
