Shiraaz is known for its unique and exciting 
Indian menu, which offers traditional 
favourites and uncommon gems in Indian 
cuisine. All of our meals are prepared with 
fresh ingredients and authentic spices in a 
hygienic environment.
We use only lean, trim, boneless meats 
sourced   from local producers for our 
preparations. 
 And all of our meals are made with the care 
and craftsmanship that is discernable when 
you taste our food. And our chefs also 
accommodate your requests when it comes 
to food, so in case you have a specific dietary 
requirement, or need your food mildly spiced, 
our chefs will be happy to make your food to 
suit your palate.

• SAMOSA 
Tossed potatoes and green peas, with 
spices, plain flour, butter, rolled in 
triangular pancakes and deep-fried.
• BONDA 
Mashed potatoes mixed with herbs and 
rolled in bread crumbs and deep-fried.
• ONION BHAJI 
Julienne potatoes and onion mixed with 
chickpeas, flour, and spices and deep-fried.
• NAAN
Plain flour Tandoori bread, buttered.
• PEAS PULAO
Basmati rice cooked with green peas and 
herbs.
• RAITA
Grated cucumber in slightly sweetened 
natural yoghurt flavored With roasted 
cumin and coriander.
