Tdm Migration
Tdm Migration
Migration is initiated
with a simple two-step
process, and it's fully
automated. Before
starting, make sure to
back up all of your
entries, as the
migration will overwrite
any previous data that
may have been stored
in the database.
With the release of our new
mobile apps and website,
the tdm platform is quickly
evolving into more than a
blogging site; it's becoming
a place for open and
accessible knowledge
about travel destinations
around the world.
Know More-Tdm Migration
However, many of the
existing CMSs we
considered were overly
complex or expensive for
our needs; they offered
too much out of the box
without providing the
flexibility that our team
was accustomed to
working with.
We built tdm migration to
migrate our tens of
thousands of existing blog
posts from one database
(SQLite) to another
(PostgreSQL), and we've
made it available for
anyone looking to migrate
their own SQLite data into
PostgreSQL as well.
tdm migration is a complex
process that involves
removing tdm from the
developer's machine and
replacing it with a different
development environment.
This document describes
the process of migrating a
tdm project to an existing
development environment,
using real-life examples.
tdm (tagging data
mining) is a data
mining framework
which supports a
wide variety of
machine learning
algorithms as well as
the development of
new algorithms.
tdm provides a
consistent interface
to many different
machine learning
algorithms, allowing
users to change
their algorithm with
minimal impact on
their code.
In the past, tdm has been
developed separately for the
python and java platforms.
By migrating tdm to the
scala programming language
and leveraging the
scalabridge project, we
create an opportunity to
leverage both existing code
bases and leverage new
development opportunities
in the scala community.
tdm (tagged data model)
has been around since the
earliest days of tag-based
metadata. However, with the
advent of projects like the
Linked Data Platform, tdm
has seen some significant
changes to how its used and
how it communicates with
other standards.
