individuals, location, etc., including 
emergency response planning. 
The second step is to control these risks with 
appropriate technological measures such as personal 
protective equipment, regular maintenance of 
machines and tools, separation or shielding of 
hazardous areas, ventilation systems. The third step is 
to inform workers who need to adopt the appropriate 
behavior by applying safe work methods and following 
safety rules.
