Transplant diagnostics refers to the diagnostics tests conducted on the organs meant to be transplanted. These tests are either conducted pre-transplantation or post-transplantation. Some of the common techniques used in transplant diagnostics are sequence-based molecular assays, PCR-based molecular assays, and non-molecular assays in certain cases.
