It is the thing that HR enrolls you into, when you join a company. They give you a thick 5-6 page form that makes no sense. They tell you to fill it correctly, carefully or you will screw up your life - you will, you really will if you don’t. Nobody explains to you what it is, or why you have to fill it. And suddenly you find entries on your passbook deducting money for it. It is your money, but it isn’t. It is locked up in babudom.
