Step – 1
Inspection & Diagnosis
The first step in the trenchless pipelining process is a comprehensive inspection and diagnosis
of the existing pipeline. We use high-resolution camera technology to navigate through your
underground pipes, capturing real-time footage of the interior condition.
This allows us to identify issues such as cracks, corrosion, root intrusion, or misalignments that
may be causing leaks or blockages. With this thorough assessment, we can determine whether
trenchless pipelining is the right solution for your pipes and develop a targeted repair plan
without unnecessary digging.

Step - 2
Cleaning & Preparation
Once we have diagnosed the problem, the next step is to thoroughly clean and prepare the pipe
for repair. Using hydro jetting or Mechanical cleaning techniques, we remove accumulated
debris, scale buildup, or intrusive tree roots that may be restricting water flow.
This process ensures a smooth, obstruction-free surface, allowing the new liner to adhere
properly to the interior walls of the pipe. Proper cleaning is crucial for the long-term success of
the repair, preventing future blockages and ensuring the durability of the new pipe lining.

Step - 3
Liner Insertion
With the pipe properly cleaned and prepped, we proceed to insert the flexible, epoxy-
coated liner into the damaged pipe through an access point. This liner is specifically
designed to mold to the shape of the existing pipeline, creating a seamless, joint-free
surface.
Once positioned, the liner is expanded to fit tightly against the interior walls, forming a new
structural layer that eliminates leaks and weak points. This step is essential in ensuring the
integrity of the repaired pipe, providing a long-lasting solution to common Plumbing issues.

Step – 4
Curing Process
After the liner has been successfully positioned, the next step is the curing process, which
hardens the liner into a durable new pipe within the existing one. Depending on the specific job
requirements, we use steam, UV light, or hot air to accelerate the curing process. This step
solidifies the epoxy coating, creating a robust and corrosion-resistant pipeline that can withstand
heavy usage.
Once fully cured, the new liner essentially functions as a brand-new pipe, offering improved
water flow and structural stability without requiring full pipe replacement.

Step - 5
Final Inspection
To ensure the success of the repair, we conduct a post-installation camera inspection to verify the
quality of the liner and confirm that the pipe has been restored to optimal working condition.
This final check allows us to assess the seamless integration of the new liner, ensuring there are
no leaks, deformities, or imperfections.
By verifying the results through Advanced imaging technology, we provide our clients
with confidence in the durability and longevity of their newly restored pipeline, backed
by industry-leading warranties.
