 When a hospital transitions to a new Electronic Health Record (EHR), Triyam extracts the old data 
from the legacy EHR system and converts it to a vendor neutral format, uploads to Triyam’s SaaS 
product ‘Fovea EHR Archive’.

 Consolidate Accounts Receivable from legacy billing systems into one Fovea Billing 
Archive. Continue to manage account balances even after legacy systems are 
decommissioned.
 Fovea’s AR module helps in winding-down of legacy Accounts Receivables. If legacy 
system was used for patient billing activity, there may be outstanding balances pending from 
payers and guarantors.
 Fovea’s AR module allows to collect pending payments, post adjustments and balance 
transfers, thereby enhancing the financial position of the hospital/practice.
 The AR wind-down module offers ability for users to actively keep up with patient balances.

 Fovea is a feature rich archival application which is web-based and can be hosted on-premise 
or on Cloud.
 Fovea is simple, flexible and reliable. End users can seamlessly search for data in Fovea and 
retrieve, download, and print for Release of Information.
 Fovea is data agnostic and thus virtually any type of data (structured, unstructured, discrete 
data, documents, images etc.) can be archived through it.
 Fovea can archive across any healthcare specialties, data can be archived from acute care 
EHRs, ambulatory systems, home health, long-term care, nursing homes, senior living, surgical 
centers, hospice and behavioral systems and so on.
 Fovea is highly secure application which is both HIPAA attested and SOC2 compliant. Data
