• Score at least 65 points in Skill Select
• Be under 45 years at the time of application
• Get IELTS 6.0 in each band level.
• You will need a full skills assessment from a relevant Australian skill assessment body, for 
the skilled occupation you have nominated
• Demonstrate genuine commitment to living and working in the NT.
• Be willing to live and work in the Northern Territory for two years if your application is 
successful.
• Meet health and character requirements.

• Fully-completed Northern Territories 190 application form.
• A certified copy of nominated occupation's skills assessment.
• Proof of employment in your nominated occupation.
• Evidence of your qualification
