credit card purchases will be  processed within 7 business days but can take up to 14 
days to reflect in your account.
Paper ticket refunds will be physically inspected, so you must either take your ticket 
to the  place of purchase or mail it to:

As provided as your travel time begins more than 24 hours after you purchase your 
ticket,  you can cancel any flight ticket under Alaska Airlines' 24-hour cancellation 
policy
Just keep in mind that the 24-hour cancellation policy only applies to tickets reserved 
for  flights starting more than 24 hours from the purchase date. A cancellation fee 
applies if you  change your mind about buying a ticket less than 24 hours before 
departure.
Your original method of payment will receive credit for the refund; for example, if 
you  used a credit card to make the purchase, that card will receive the credit.

of  USD 125 if you cancel a flight ticket (aside from a Saver fare) within 24 
hours of  your trip's departure.
