and use the  equivalent of its value toward future travel.

process your cancellation  request.
Cash purchases will be refunded within 20 business days and credit card 
purchases will  be processed within 7 business days but can take up to 14 
days to reflect in your  account.

cancellation  policy as provided as your departure time is more than 
24 hours away.
Understand that the 24-hour cancellation policy only applies to tickets 
reserved  for flights that travel more than 24 hours just after date of 
purchase. If you chose  not to purchase a ticket less than 24 hours before 
departure, there is a cancellation  fee.
The refund will be returned to the original payment method; if you 
made the  purchase with a credit card, the credit will be applied to 
that card.
