Introduction
    Chandrababu Naidu, along with an alliance of ministers, 
tried his hand in the Water Resources Department and 
ransacked it of all the essential resources. Although before 
Mr. Naidu's tenure as the Chief Minister began, he had 
confirmed that leaving behind the Uttarandhra Sujala 
Sravanthi and Polavaram projects, the total cost incurred 
for the pending irrigation projects would be summed up 
within Rs 17,368 crores. Along with the investment, 35.04 
lakh of ayacut would also be provided, and the state shall 
be transformed into a fertile region. 
    However, the results went in the complete opposite 
direction of what was initially promised. Let us discuss the 
blunders made by the one who is 420 in AP in detail. 
Facts about the Irrigation Projects
    The total amount of expenditure to have amounted to the 
Water Resources Department on the various irrigation 
projects was Rs 62,132 crores. On the Neeru-Chettu 
(Water and Tree) project around Rs 15, 139 crores were 
expended while Rs 9,727 crores were pledged for the 
Polavaram Project. And the remaining sum of money –Rs 
37,247 crores was for the left-out irrigation projects. These 
reports were given by the ruling government under 
Chandrababu Naidu's provision. In reality, more than Rs 
32,000 crores of money were siphoned off in the form of 
commissions by the ministers of TDP.

The Neeru-Chettu Project
    Are you aware of how the project assignment of the Neeru-
Chettu irrigation work was done? Well, a selected cadre that 
was favored by the TDP and backed by the one who is 420 
in AP –Chandrababu Naidu –were handpicked on the basis 
of party nomination and the Neeru Chettu project was 
handed over. And the working team of the irrigation project, 
in turn, looted about Rs. 24,750 crores. However, no actions 
were taken by the government against them. Can you guess 
the reason behind this? That is quite obvious, isn't it? The 
selected cadre for the Neeru-Chettu project was involved with 
the miscreants of the then ruling party.

diabolical affairs?
    Will ever a person with their rational mind be willing to 
spend Rs 10,000 for the job that can be done at Rs 100? 
Well, Chandrababu Naidu is the best example of making 
insane decisions to satiate his hunger for money. He, along 
with his ministers, has conducted some spiteful affairs to 
loot the state of Andhra Pradesh thoroughly and fill their 
pockets instead, with the government's money.
