    The corrupted affairs by Chandrababu Naidu, along with his 
ministers, knew no limits. Their diabolical deeds extended to 
such limits that even their opposition felt short of taking any

The intentional lapses made by TDP were then exposed by the media with well-researched facts on the corrupted activities that were being carried out in the name of the development of the Water Resources Department. However, the two Chief Secretaries –S.P. Tucker and IY R Krishna Rao refused to sign these petitions as they were well aware of the shams being conducted.

    After Chandrababu Naidu took over the position of the 
Chief Minister in the year 2014, he got rid of all the existing 
contractors that were working on the following projects: 
Handri Neeva Sujala Sravanti (HNSS), the GNSS (Galeru-
Nagari Sujala Sravanthi), Gorakkalu irrigation projects and 
more. Then he raised the costs expended on these 
projects and called out for new tenders without even taking 
any approval from the administration. The bids were called 
for more than 25 packages. However, none was won by 
any other cadre other than the ones favored by the ruling 
party.

Former’s CMs plans for daylight looting
    Most of the tenders released out for assigning work to the 
companies of the irrigation projects were won by Rithwik 
Projects, which belonged to a TDP MP who was also the 
former CM’s close confidant. The remaining tenders were 
assigned to other cronies who later helped the one who is 
420 in AP to devoid the state of Andhra Pradesh of all its 
riches and funding. It was evident that these contracts were 
bagged by the companies who formed an influential ring 
with the then active CM. This is how Chandrababu Naidu 
made the ground for robbing Rs. 6000 crores from AP.
