     Chandrababu Naidu and Company had made a robust plan of converting the 
capital city –Amaravati into a global city and siphoning Rs 66,000 crores in 
the project. Even the High Court of Andhra Pradesh was unable to make an 
impact on the thick-skinned robbers disguised as rulers of the government 
through this fake Swiss Challenge Scam method. Despite the stay order 
released by the government, the one who is 420 in AP didn’t stop from 
keeping the tenders opaque and assigning them to trusted contractors. 
     
      Here we will discuss the facts about the Swiss Challenge Scan pulled up by 
the former CM –Chandrababu Naidu. 
Facts about the Swiss Scam
     Chandrababu Naidu encroached around 34,000 acres of 
land from the farmers and had allotted 1691 acres to a 
consortium from Singapore for establishing the start-up 
area for the project. Out of the entire space allotted 
around 371 acres of land was earmarked for parks, 
sewage systems, roads, and other public amenities. In the 
remaining area of 1070 acres, plots were marked and 
developed for the purpose of selling. And 250 acres of 
land was given off free of cost to the Singapore 
Consortium in two different phases.

More about the Singapore 
Consortium 
     The CCDMC (Capital City Development Management Company) along with 
the Singapore consortium was assigned to form the Amaravati 
Development Partner (ADP), which is why the government had handed 
over 1691 acres of land of worth Rs 6800 crores. However, this land was 
handed over free of cost to the ADP.

More investments by the state government!
     The state government further made plans about spending 
Rs 5,500 crores on the stormwater drainage system to 
prohibit inundation, water facilities, and other basic 
requirements of a city. Besides that, the one

plans of investing Rs. 221.9 crores for ADP in the form of 
equity for CCDMC. Despite such a massive amount of 
investment, the actual amount received by CCDMC was 
42% of the authorized bill, such was the corruption rate of 
the then ruling government.

 In the guise of Management Singapore Consortium contributes to the 
loot
    The Singapore Consortium that made an investment of 
Rs.306 crores on the project was given away 58% of the 
share according to the plans made by the former CM 
Chandrababu Naidu. Besides that, the Singapore Consortium 
was also awarded 250 acres of land free of cost.
