think of – All the power to the hands of your Zertid 
admin!

Natively Integrated with ServiceNow & ‘Asset 
Aware’
Identity Management and Governance tools typically 
integrate with ServiceNow through a limited REST API 
integration. Zertid, being born in the incredible Now 
Platform, natively integrates with all ServiceNow 
features and leverages Asset and User Information to 
enrich the context of every Identity and every access 
to the Assets.
Zertid’s Identity workflows may integrate with:
• Service Level Management – Apply SLA’s on 
Identity Requests and eliminate red tape even for 
systems that are not integrated.
• Governance Risk and Compliance – Configurable 
Zertid reports plug-in with GRC.
• Asset Management – The ability to easily reconcile 
software license entitlements ensures there will be
