This year, many of us will be making New Year's resolutions.
However, if realistic goals and milestones are not created, all of
those resolutions can be violated in a couple of weeks. Failure
to keep resolutions might have a negative impact on your
mental health. You've decided to make a difference in the New
Year, and then you've given up.
One of your new year's resolutions, for example, is maybe to
start exercising more. You sign up for a gym membership at
your neighbourhood gym. You begin attending workout classes,
hire a personal trainer, and so forth. You'll be enjoying your
time at the gym for your new year's resolution before you
realize it. The ultimate aim, though, is to shed some of that
holiday weight. You discover that you haven't dropped any

longer you wait for your prize, the less valuable it

Making objectives with no teeth, such as "lose weight," "exercise
more," or "write more," is a bad idea. They are hazy goals and

objectives such as "exercise 20 minutes every day," "reduce 15
pounds," or "write 1000 words every day." Objectives with a specific
task weighting are considerably more achievable than goals that are
ambiguous.
5. Create a plan to achieve that aim.

you've decided on them. Having a strategy and a path to follow will

6. Make a social tribe for yourself.
