services that include email 
services. You can't retrieve your 
lost RoadRunner password, but 
you can reset it by following few 
steps if necessary.
● Firstly you have to visit https://pt.rr.com/. This is the 
link of the tool which will help your email to reset 
the password. 
Then you will see “I don’t know my email”, click on 
that. 
After then you will be asked to enter the email 
address for verification purposes. Enter your email 
ID in that box.
Verify that you are not a robot and then click on 
submit. 
● After that, a new dialog window 
will be opened prompt you for 
registering your Cable Modem 
ID (MAC address). 
In the drop-down list, find the ID 
of your cable modem.
In the text box type your Mac 
address.
Now, you have to select the 
security verification questions, 
in the answer box enter your 
answer. Put those answers that 
you will remember for the 
future.
