Durga Pujo in East India

Navratri is celebrated foe nine 
days and festival in East India 
begins with Ghatastaphna is 
done on the first day.Its called 
there as Durga Pujo or 
Durgotsava.

Golu in South India

Golu Festival is called as Bomma
Golu or Bombe Habba in South 
India. The celebrations are mainly 
observed in Tamil Nadu, 
Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. 
A kind of dolls are made and
