1. Mediterranean Diet
You can have fruits, vegetables, olive oil and
fish. These diet is famous worldwide.
2. DASH Diet
Food with nutrients like potassium, calcium,
protein and fiber is suggested to have while foods
that are high in saturated fat (e.g. fatty meats, full-
fat dairy foods and tropical oils, sugar) are rejected.
3. The Flexitarian Diet
Flexiterian means flexi and vegetarian.
You can have veggies, whole grains and
plant based proteins.
4. MIND Diet
You can eat leafy greens, nuts and berries.
This diet is a combination of Mediterranean
and dash diet.
5. TLC Diet
Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes diet.
Gobble on veggies and fruits, breads, cereals,
pasta and lean meats.
6. Mayo Clinic Diet
You can have fruits, vegetables having less
calories.
You can eat more but less calorie fruits.
7. Nordic Diet
Eat more fruits, veggies, seafood, and whole
grains.
Meat consumption is restricted.
8. Volumetrics Diet
Food is categorized into 4 groups.
Group 1- Non starchy fruits, vegetables,
nonfat milk
Group 2- Starchy fruits and veggies,
grains, cereal, low-fat meat.
Group 3- Meat, cheese, pizza,
French fries, salad, bread,
pretzels, ice cream and cake.
Group 4- Crackers, chips,
chocolate candies, cookies, nuts,
butter and oil
9. WW (Weight Watchers) Diet
You are flexible to select this diet according
to your eating habits.
10. Asian Diet
You can have a rice, noodles, breads, millet,
corn and other whole grains, fruits, veggies,
nuts and vegetable oils.
Best part is you can have a sweet once a
week.
